Fabric selection

Why we insist on using natural fabrics?
Natural fibers are much more sustainable than synthetic ones. In production, cultivation, and manufacturing, they do not harm our environment. Moreover, they are not hazardous to the health of the people who work with them. But even after processing, they are much more environmentally friendly than man-made fibers.
Silk Fabric
Silk is the lightest, softest and thinnest natural fiber in nature.Coupled with the unique breathability and moisture permeability of the silk, the silk feels more slippery, more warm but not dry. Mulberry silk is mainly composed of animal protein, rich in 18 kinds of amino acids necessary for human body.Known as the "second skin of the human body" and the "fiber queen".
Merino Wool Fabric
Significantly finer than other types of wool, merino is the perfect fiber to have next to child's sensitive skin. It breathes, regulates temperature, manages moisture, it is hypoallergenic, easy care and durable. It is naturally perfect.
French Linen
French linen is made from flax, a plant that requires considerably fewer pesticides and fertilisers than other crops, as well its 100% biodegradable. Linen is an investment that pays for itself over time, it’s durable and long lasting and softens as it ages, making it even more comfortable.
Cotton
Cotton is soft and comfortable. It is hypoallergenic and won't irritate sensitive skin or cause allergies. The fibers are spun tightly into yarn that won't irritate skin or cause static electricity.Cotton is strong, durable and resists abrasion. All-cotton garments are machine washable and can stand up to repeated washings in
hot water.

Q:What’s the sample manufacture lead time ?
-3-7 days after clients confirming the sample details

Q:To sampling,and bulk quotation,what’s information you need?
-If you have full tech-pack ,Please email it to us along with the possible production order. then we can give you a price range .If you do not have a tech pack developed yet, and would like to inquire about production prices at this stage .
then please email design sketches or any inspirational images with a brief garment description, which should include
• the fabric you intend to used for this style
• seam finish
• accessory
Then we will give you a price range . In either case please let us know when you intend to start work and when you would need to receive delivery of the finished garments.

Q:How do you control the bulk garment production quality ?
-Production manager will follow our specification sheet to ask the cutter and sewing workers to make city lab t shirts .
Merchandiser test the bulk production fabric color fastness and confirm the fabric color. Before Cutting, we will use the fabric inspect machine to check the material.
• After cutting, QC will ask some checking workers to check all of the cutting panels.
• QC will check all of the procedure when the sewing workers to sew it.
• Before packing, our checking team will check the garment one by one, such as the craftmanship, stitchings and shapes, labeling etc.

Q:What’s your main products ?
Main products: Dress,shirts,skirts,pants,sleepwear and bedding...

Q:How can I approve the samples before place orders?
-For our ready made styles, you can order directly from our website when we have the colors and sizes. For OEM and ODM orders,We can make the 1st samples using our stock fabric in same or similar fabrics. Meanwhile we can make lab dips or S/O samples for customer’s approval. If you have the comments to adjust after you check with the 1st samples, we can make 2nd samples or sales samples based on your comments.

Q: How can I confirm the qualities?
-After the order is confirmed, we can also make PP samples using bulk fabrics and as per bulk spec. before we cut the bulk orders to make sure the bulk production is to spec and good fit and bulk fabrics to customers requirements. When the order is approaching finishing, we can send Shipment samples for approval the final qualities. Or customers can arrange to inspect the goods before shipment.

Q:What is the delivery time?
-For regular items,the whole lead time for the production would be around 40-60 days from sampling to shipment,but that will depends on the fabrics,approval,seasons,etc.

Q:What we can do if we have issues for production?
-All garments will be fully inspected and reported.Necessary measures will be taken ASAP.
1.Fix the issues
2.Have a meeting to discuss how to correct the issues
3.Return for corrections
4.Shipment at our cost if the issues are caused by us. Relative expenses will be paid by the party who takes responsibility for the problems.The freight is not the final freight, which needs to be negotiated with us.If the goods are sold directly without negotiation with us, we will not recognize the freight.

Q:What is your minimum?
-For OEM and ODM orders which using regular fabrics, our minimum is 50pcs per color and 100pcs per order.
